What Hello Mobile customers need to do.
For customers to have access to this newly upgraded network, they need to insert and activate their new SIM card that’s compatible with the updated 4G LTE/5G network. For those customers who haven’t received one yet, they need to confirm their address in their Hello Mobile account. They will then be shipped a brand-new SIM Card. Once they have received their SIM Card, they can insert it into the smartphone of their choice and make the activation test call. After the activation call has been completed – customers have officially activated their new SIM Card and can enjoy their upgraded 4G LTE/5G coverage!
