Phone Compatibility Rules
Only unlocked phones may be transferred to Hello Mobile. If your phone is locked, contact your current carrier to unlock it.
All contractual and financial obligations must be met with your current carrier for your phone to be eligible to bring to Hello Mobile.
If the phone is flagged as lost or stolen, it is ineligible. You must call your current carrier to unflag the phone.

iPhone
- Go to Settings
- General
- About
- Scroll down to view your IMEI number.
New iPhones may display a second IMEI number under Device ID. DO NOT use this number.

- Go to Settings
- About Phone
- Tap Status
- Scroll down to IMEI information
Not working? Click here
Find your Device ID:
- Remove the battery from your phone.
- Locate the device ID (IMEI, MEID or ESN) number on the inside of your phone.
