What Do You Need?
- Your current number
- The account number from your existing provider
- The PIN number from your existing provider
- The account Owner’s full name
- Your address on your existing provider
Eligibility Guidelines
Keep your number active on your current network. If you attempt to deactivate your account at any time during the number transfer, it will fail.
You can NOT have a number transfer in process with your current carrier. If you do, you’ll need to cancel it before starting a number transfer with Hello Mobile.
